Memory and Learning

This course covers key techniques on how your brain learns and remembers, to help you to be more efficient at work. Traditionally, 80% of course information is forgotten within 24 hours. Not with Synergee. We teach techniques to help you retain what you have learned and make it a part of your working skill set.

You will learn:

• How to remember names, faces, dates and figures
• Systems for remembering lists of items or points
• Learning and memory rhythms
